Sunderland Road

We provided civil and structural design services for this bespoke new build dwelling in Cleadon, Tyne and Wear. The building is a load bearing masonry structure with steel frame elements to satisfy lateral stability requirements and to form the glazed apertures. The property benefits from vaulted ceilings throughout with a construction comprising of steel ridge beams and laid-in
timber roof rafters. The civil engineering design included provision of drainage design for the development with considerations made towards flood risks.
