About Our Structural Engineer in Manchester
Craig Higgins manages our Manchester office. Craig is a Chartered Structural Engineer who has a proven track record in working on a wide range of projects. Craig has vast experience from his 18 years working in industry and has gained a wide range of skills and good knowledge in relation to Civil & Structural engineering projects.
Craig is responsible for the design of structural design works and value engineering details, in terms of costs and programme, in conjunction with developing responsive designs. He has been responsible for managing and delivering a number of innovative structural design solutions and oversees all works carried out by the Manchester office, as well as all financial aspects and running of the business.
Craig has worked as a structural technician, design engineer and project lead on a wide range of projects from small simple projects, new builds and refurbishments, up to extremely complex multi-million-pound schemes. He has gained extensive experience providing structural engineering that can meet a strong brief on a tight budget. This comes from working knowledge of construction methods complimenting his design ability.
Craig has undertaken the structural design for numerous refurbishments of listed buildings as well as new build structures such as bespoke new build dwellings and extension, refurbishment of listed buildings and commercial and industrial steel frame units.
