Harshaw House

The Home Engineers provided the structural design for this new build garden room in Medburn. The proposed structure comprises of a steel portal frame since the client wanted to achieve a completely open plan living space. Steel portal frame was designed to satisfy lateral stability requirements and support the proposed roof structure.
We worked closely with the architects during the initial design stage to achieve the desired aesthetics.
