Great Park Self – Build #2

The Home Engineers provided the structural design for this bespoke self-build dwelling in Great Park, Gosforth. The construction of the dwelling is non-traditional and has been built using a cold-rolled frame so it was important that the detailing was accurate.
The Home Engineers provided the design for the cold-rolled frame and foundations as well as well as overseeing the project throughout construction. We worked closely with the Architect and client on the project to ensure their expectations were satisfied.
