Godwitt House

Walkworth Passivhaus is a project that aims to show that with collaborative working between designers and buildings, it is possible to build without aesthetic limits, economically sustainable timber structures / buildings. To be certified passive the structure needs to meet a strict set of criteria which introduce challenging details which were addressed collaboratively to ensure that there was no break within airtight and thermal lines. This was including using a twin wall for depth of insulation maintain air tightness and improve structural performance of the wall.
